These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rummatro™ mobile game, the free browser demo at rummatro.com/play, and the rummatro.com website (together, "Rummatro", "the Services"). By downloading, installing, playing, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Licence to use

The Services are licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms, you're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services on devices you own or control for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the Services, including the app's compiled code, the browser demo's client-side code, or any game assets, art, text, or design.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app or the browser demo, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any purchase-verification, licensing, or security feature of the Services, including attempting to unlock paid content without payment.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data or content from the Services other than through their intended interfaces.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks.
• Use the Services in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Rummatro™ name, mark and logo, artwork, game design, source code, website, and all related content, are owned by Sitewide Design Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws, including copyright. Rummatro™ is a trademark of Sitewide Design Ltd, with a trademark application pending. These Terms grant you no rights in that intellectual property except the limited licence described above.

4. In-game content

Rummatro is a single-player game. Any in-game currency, cards, relics, or upgrades exist only within the game, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and may change as the game is updated. Rummatro is a game of skill and strategy; it is not gambling and offers no real-money wagering or prizes.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Services or any of their features at any time. We don't guarantee the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be free of defects.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitewide Design Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Store terms

Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service). Where those terms conflict with these Terms for matters the store controls, the store's terms apply to that matter.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
